摘  要:目的探讨深港两地综合性医院急诊科患者的流行病学特点,分析两地急诊科运行模式,为两地急诊科学的发展提供借鉴和参考。方法选择2013年5月至2016年6月香港一所急症医院(以下简称:香港医院)急诊科686837例患者和香港大学深圳医院(以下简称:深圳医院)急诊科183389例患者为调查对象,回顾性分析两家医院急诊科就诊量及其分布、患者年龄、性别、候诊时间、就诊月份和季节、疾病谱等资料。结果香港医院急诊科患者平均年龄(46.61±22.68)岁;平均候诊时间(104.75±20.63)min,10:00为全天人流量最高峰;5、6月份为峰值月份,其余月份差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);前五系统疾病为呼吸系统、消化系统、心脑血管系统、泌尿生殖系统、外伤和中毒。深圳医院急诊科患者平均年龄(25.22±19.75)岁;平均候诊时间(42.15±15.78)min,全天有3个人流量高峰。接诊量逐年增多,规律明显随季节变化。排名前5位的系统疾病为消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统、神经系统疾病和外伤、中毒。结论深港两地急诊科患者的流行病学资料各有特点,在规划急诊科工作时要充分考虑自身规律;香港医院的急诊分诊制度对于提高急危重患者救治效率、合理统筹分配急诊医疗资源有重要价值。Objective This study aimed to explore the epidemiological characteristics of emergencydepartment in Hong Kong and Shenzhen and analyze the operation mode of two emergency departments,whichwould provide references for the development of emergency science on cross-strait.Methods A total of 686 837 emergency patients of Hong Kong hospital and 183 389 emergency patients in Shenzhen Hong Kong University-Shenzhen Hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were enrolled. The clinical data such as numbers and distribution,age,sex,waiting time,monthly and seasonal prevalence and disease spectrum were analyzed retrospectively.Results Hong Kong hospital:The patients were aged with an average of(46.61 ± 22.68)years old. The averagewaiting time was(104.75 ± 20.63)mins. At 10:00 was the peak of the daily visits. The number of patients wasstable and was the highest in May and June(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between other months(P > 0.05). The top five systematic diseases were respiratory system,digestive system,cardiovascular system,genitourinary system and trauma or poisoning. Shenzhen hospital:The patients’ average age is(25.22 ± 19.75)years old. The average waiting time was(42.15 ± 15.78)mins. At 9:00,15:00 and 20:00 were the 3 peaks of thedaily visits and 9:00 was the highest peak throughout the day. The number of patients was the lowest in Februaryand showed a marked change with the season conversion. The top five systematic diseases were digestive system,respiratory system,genitourinary system,nervous system and trauma or poisoning.Conclusions The epidemiolog-ical data of Hong Kong and Shenzhen emergency departments have differences. We need to fully consider our owncharacteristics and laws when constructing the emergency department and arranging daily works. The emergencyconsultation system in Hong Kong hospital is of great value in improving the treatment efficient for critically illpatients and rational allocation of emergency medical resources.
