摘　　要：上海港中小型船舶数量快速增长,船舶交通流量和运输范围不断扩大,由该类船舶非法排污造成的沿海水域污染情况不容忽视,其中船舶垃圾非法排放问题亟待解决。本中分析上海港中小型船舶垃圾排放现状和主要问题,探究非法排放的根本原因,并提出相应解决对策。With the rapid growth in the number of small and medium-sized ships in Shanghai Port,the ship traffic flow and coverage of ship traffic is also continuously expanding.However,the pollution in coastal waters caused by illegal discharge of such ships should not be ignored,among which the illegal discharge of ship garbage needs to be solved urgently.The paper analyzes the status quo and major problems of garbage discharge from small and medium-sized ships in Shanghai Port,and explores the root causes of illegal discharge.Based on the analysis,the corresponding solutions were also proposed.
