临床药师参与肝胆外科围手术期药物镇痛治疗的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与围手术期疼痛治疗的效果。方法选取2018年12月5日至2019年8月5日该院肝胆外科收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用传统镇痛方式,观察组采用临床药师与医生共同制订的多模式镇痛方案。对比2组患者术后疼痛评分及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床药师与医生共同制订镇痛方案可促进围手术期镇痛药物的合理使用。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists participating in perioperative pain treatment.Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hepatobiliary department of Chengdu Municipal Sixth People′s Hospital from December 5,2018 to August 5,2019 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional analgesic mode and the observation group adopted the multi-mode analgesic scheme commonly formulated by clinical pharmacists and doctors.The postoperative pain score and adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists and doctors commonly formulating the analgesic scheme can promote the rational use of perioperative analgesic drugs.
