摘　　要：目的探讨产后访视服务管理新模式对产妇和新生儿家庭访视工作的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月于我院分娩的400例产妇及其新生儿作为研究对象,根据计算机随机化原则分为观察组(195例)与对照组(205例)。观察组实施产后访视服务管理新模式家庭访视,对照组实施常规访视,比较两组产妇和新生儿异常情况及产妇对于访视服务效果满意度的评价。结果观察组产妇及新生儿异常情况总发生率均低于对照组,观察组对家庭访视服务的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后访视工作中推广产后家庭访视服务管理新模式能有效提高并达到访视效果,利于母婴健康。Objective To explore the effect of the new model of postnatal visit service management in maternal and neonatal family visits. Methods A total of 400 pregnant women and their newborns who delivered in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the principle of computer randomization, they were divided into observation group(195 cases) and control group(205 cases). A new mode of family visits for postpartum visit service management was implemented in the observation group, and regular visits were conducted in the control group. The abnormalities of maternal and neonatal conditions and the satisfaction of maternal satisfaction with the visit service were compared. Results The total incidence of abnormalities in maternal and neonatal cases was lower in the observation group than in the control group, the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of a new model of postpartum visit service management in maternal and neonatal family visits can effectively improve the visit effectiveness and benefit maternal and child health.
