摘　　要：目的探讨多科室合作规范管理外来手术器械及植入物的效果,确保医疗安全,消除医疗隐患。方法随机抽取2014年6~11月由手术科室自行管理的1000包外来器械及植入物作为对照组,随机抽取2015年1~6月应用多科室协作模式管理的1000包外来器械及植入物为观察组,比较两组的外来器械及植入物清洗灭菌合格率、手术延误率、植入物漏费率及医生满意率。结果观察组与对照组的清洗灭菌合格率、植入物漏费率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的手术延误率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外来手术器械和植入物采用多科室合作规范管理模式切实可行,可有效提高外来手术器械和植入物的各个环节工作效率和质量,确保患者安全,消除医疗隐患,提升护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of multi-department cooperation in the management of foreign surgical instruments and implants, so as to ensure medical safety and eliminate medical hidden dangers. Methods A total of 1000 packages of foreign instruments and implants managed by the surgical department from June to November 2014 were randomly selected as the control group. From January to June 2015, 1000 packages of foreign instruments and implants managed by multi-department cooperation mode were randomly selected as the observation group. The qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization of foreign instruments and implants, the rate of delay in operation, the leakage rate of implants and the rate of doctors′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization and the leakage rate of implants between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05), but the delay rate of operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of doctors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to adopt the standard management mode of multi-department cooperation for foreign surgical instruments and implants. It can effectively improve the work efficiency and quality of foreign surgical instruments and implants, ensure the safety of patients, eliminate medical hidden dangers and improve the quality of nursing.
