摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在微波治疗仪治疗小儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院收治的286例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法分为对照组(n=143)和研究组(n=143)。对照组采用微波治疗仪加常规护理,研究组采用微波治疗加健康教育。比较两组的护理效果、依从性、临床效果以及对临床护理的满意度、健康教育知识的掌握情况。结果研究组的高热消退时间、肺部啰音消失时间、停止咳嗽时间、肺部恢复正常时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理依从性、患儿家属满意度、健康教育知识掌握情况高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、一秒用力呼气容积指标(FEV1)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在微波治疗仪治疗小儿支气管肺炎护理中加实施健康教育,不仅可提高患儿的护理依从性及效果,还可使护理满意度得到提高,改善患儿的肺功能,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the application effect of health education in the nursing of children with bronchial pneumonia treated by microwave therapy apparatus. Methods A total of 286 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(n=143) and the study group(n=143) according to different nursing methods. In the control group, microwave therapy apparatus combined with routine nursing was used, and in the study group, microwave therapy apparatus combined with health education was applied. The nursing effect, compliance, clinical efficacy, satisfaction with clinical nursing, and mastery of health education knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results The time of high fever abatement, time of rales disappearing in the lungs, time to stop coughing, time to return to normal for lungs, and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing compliance, the total satisfaction of the children′s family members on nursing, and the mastery of health education knowledge in the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing effective rate of the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1) in the study group were higher than those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05). The arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2) of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
