耳穴贴压联合芬太尼透皮贴对胃癌姑息治疗患者疼痛强度、生活质量的影响  

Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Fentanyl Skin Patch on Pain Intensity and Quality of Life in Patients on Palliative Treatment for Gastric Cancer

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压联合芬太尼透皮贴对胃癌姑息治疗患者疼痛强度、生活质量的影响。方法选取胃癌姑息治疗患者95例,按随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组47例。两组均予芬太尼透皮贴粘贴于胸前无毛发平坦区,在此基础上观察组予耳穴贴压治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛强度、生活质量变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后疼痛数字评定量表(NRS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后生活质量评分均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌姑息治疗患者中采用耳穴贴压联合芬太尼透皮贴,不仅增强了镇痛效果,还可提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of auricular point pressing plus Fentanyl skin patch on the pain intensity and quality of life(QOL)in patients on palliative treatment for gastric cancer.Method Ninety-five patients receiving palliative treatment for gastric cancer were divided into an observation group of 48 cases and a control group of 47 cases using the random number table method.The two groups both were given Fentanyl skin patch applied to the flat hairless area of the chest,based on which the observation group was intervened by auricular point pressing.Before and after treatment,the pain intensity and QOL in the two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the score of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)was markedly lower in the observation group than in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The QOL scores improved significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and the observation group was superior to the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was markedly higher in the observation group than in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients on palliative treatment for gastric cancer,auricular point pressing plus fentanyl skin patch can not only enhance the analgesic effect but also improve the QOL.
