雷火灸联合Kegel运动对宫颈癌根治术后患者一次排尿成功率、LH水平及引流时间的影响

摘　　要：目的观察雷火灸联合Kegel运动对宫颈癌根治术后患者一次排尿成功率、促黄体生成素(LH)水平及引流时间的影响。方法226例宫颈癌根治术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组113例。对照组采用Kegel运动进行术后康复,研究组在对照组基础上联合雷火灸进行术后康复。观察记录患者术后一次排尿成功率、残余尿量、引流时间、尿潴留发生情况、尿路感染情况,采用放射免疫法检测患者LH水平,并记录两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者一次排尿成功率93.8%,高于对照组的68.1%(P<0.05);引流时间为(9.55±0.67)d,小于对照组的(12.03±1.82)d;研究组患者残余尿量、尿潴留发生率和尿路感染率均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LH水平较同组治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为8.9%,低于对照组的22.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合Kegel运动能提高宫颈癌根治术患者术后一次排尿成功率,缩短引流时间,提高LH水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the effects of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Kegel exercise on one-time urination success rate,luteinizing hormone(LH)level and drainage time in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy.Method A total of 226 patients undergoing radical hysterectomy were recruited as subjects and randomized into a research group and a control group by the random number table method,with 113 cases in each group.The control group practiced Kegel exercise for postoperative rehabilitation,based on which the research group received thunder-fire moxibustion for postoperative rehabilitation.The postoperative one-time urination success rate,residual urine volume,drainage time,occurrence of urinary retention,and occurrence of urinary tract infection were observed and recorded;the LH level was determined by radioimmunoassay;the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was also recorded.Result The one-time urination success rate was 93.8%in the research group,higher than 68.1%in the control group(P<0.05).The drainage time was(9.55±0.67)d in the research group,shorter than(12.03±1.82)d in the control group.The residual urine volume,and incidences of urinary retention and urinary tract infection were lower in the research group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LH level increased after treatment in both groups,and was higher in the research group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.9%in the research group,lower than 22.1%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Kegel exercise can enhance the postoperative one-time urination success rate,shorten the drainage time,increase the LH level and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy.
