针药并用治疗痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取80例湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予口服西药治疗,治疗组采用吕氏对穴法选穴针刺配合中药内服治疗。观察两组治疗前后血清尿酸水平变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后血清尿酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后血清尿酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为82.5%,治疗组总有效率为92.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用能有效降低急性痛风性关节炎患者血清尿酸含量,改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture medication combined for gouty arthritis of dampness-heat obstruction type.Method Eighty patients with gouty arthritis of dampness-heat obstruction type were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of Western medicine and the treatment group,Lv’s contralateral acupoint selection-based acupuncture plus oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine.Serum urea levels were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result Serum urea levels had a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the two groups(P<0.01)and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 82.5%in the control group and 92.5%in the observation group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture medication combined can effectively reduce blood urea content and improve the clinical symptoms in patients with acute gouty arthritis.
