摘  要:通过某废纸造纸有限公司采用混凝沉淀-水解酸化-厌氧(IC+EGSB反应器)-A/O-气浮-精密过滤组合工艺处理工艺废水的实例,分析了流程中各工艺的运行效果。结果表明,COD从1800mg/L降至36mg/L,TP从2.03mg/L降至0.04mg/L,TN从16.3mg/L降至3.35mg/L,氨氮从12.8mg/L降至1.62mg/L,排放废水水质达到造纸行业GB3544-2008的排放标准,创造了良好的经济效益和环境效益。A regenerated papermaking company uses coagulation precipitation-anaerobic(IC+EGSB reactor)-A/O-floating-precision filtration process to treat its processing wastewater,and the performance was analysed.It has shown that COD would be degraded from 1,800mg/L down to 36mg/L,total phosphorous from 2.03mg/L down to 0.04mg/L,total nitrogen from 16.3mg/L down to 3.35mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen from 12.8mg/L down to 1.62 mg/L.The effluent could meet the requirements specified in the"Discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry"(GB 3544-2008)so as to bring about good economic benefit and environmental effect.
