摘  要:目的:探讨回授法联合电话随访对农村糖尿病患者健康素养和血糖控制水平的影响。方法:选取糖尿病患者86例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,后期观察组脱落1例为42例,对照组脱落2例为41例。对照组接受常规健康服务,观察组在此基础上给予回授法健康教育及电话随访,干预时长6个月。采用糖尿病健康素养问卷测量两组干预前、后的健康素养水平,同时测定其空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)值。结果:干预前,两组健康素养总分及各维度得分、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的健康素养总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,FPG、2hPG、HbA1c值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的健康素养总分及各维度得分均高于其干预前,FPG、2hPG、HbA1c值均低于干预前(P<0.05);对照组干预后的健康素养总分及知识、行为、技能维度得分均高于干预前(P>0.05),健康素养的信念维度及FPG、2hPG、HbA1c值与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规健康教育相比,回授法联合电话随访可有效提高农村糖尿病患者的健康素养水平,改善血糖控制情况。Objective:To explore the effect of teach-back method combined with telephone follow-up on health literacy and blood glucose control in rural diabetic patients.Methods:86 cases of rural diabetes patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases each according to the random number table method.1 case fall out from the observation group,and 2 cases fall out from the control group during the study period.The control group received routine health service,and the observation group received teach-back method and telephone,the intervention lasted 6 months.Health literacy levels of the two groups were measured with the diabetes health literacy questionnaire before and after intervention,and the fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and HbA1c were measured at the same time.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of total health literacy and all dimensions,and FPG,2hPG,HbA1c between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of total health literacy and all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the values of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of total health literacy and all dimensions in the observation group were higher than before,and the values of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were lower than before(P<0.05).The scores of total health literacy and knowledge,behavior and skill dimension in the control group were higher than before(P>0.05),while there were no statistically significant in the belief dimension of health literacy,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c values compared with before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teach-back health combined with telephone follow-up can effectively improve the health literacy level and the situation of blood glucose control of rural diabetes patients as compare to the conventional health education.
