摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎目前已累计全国多个城市乃至其他国家和地区,世界卫生组织宣布进入全球大流行状态。新型冠状病毒主要通过飞沫和密切接触传播,人群普遍易感且传染性强。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科因密切接触患者的上呼吸道分泌物,属于高危医务工作人员群体。如何提高防护意识,规范化开展耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术相关工作是至关重要的问题。为此,本文结合诊疗经验及相关指南提出耳鼻咽喉头颈外科围手术期管理建议,为相关医务人员提供参考。The novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)has accumulated in many city and even other countries and regions in the whole country.The WHO has declared its entry into the global pandemic.NCP transmits through respiratory droplets,secretion and contact,demonstrating extremely infectious potential.Otolaryngology department are inevitable that infection may easily occur when they contact the upper respiratory secretion.How to improve the awareness of protection and standardize the work related to otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery is a crucial issue.This paper puts forward the perioperative management suggestions of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery based on the diagnosis and treatment experience and relevant guidelines,to provide reference for relevant medical staff.
