现代省级公共图书馆功能定位的思考及构建

摘　　要：省级公共图书馆的功能定位在各个历史时期都有变化。进入21世纪以来,省级公共图书馆的功能定位呈现愈趋明显的独特性和阶段性--既要具有一般公共图书馆的基本功能,还要明显区别于国家图书馆和市、县级公共图书馆的其他功能。文章结合时代环境的发展变化,建议省级公共图书馆在保留公共图书馆基本功能的前提下,构建起"七中心一地标"的现代功能:全省文献信息资源保障中心、全省古籍保护研发中心、全省公共图书馆现代技术研发应用中心、全省公共图书馆服务推广中心、全省公共文化智库中心、全省公共图书馆文化产业发展中心、全省公共图书馆交流指导中心、全省文化地标。The functional positioning of provincial public libraries has changed in various historical periods.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the functional positioning of provincial public libraries has become more and more unique and phased-not only to have the basic functions of general public libraries,but also other functions that are clearly distinguished from national libraries,municipal libraries and county libraries.Based on the development and changes of the times and environment,the article suggests that the provincial public libraries should build the modern functions of "seven centers and one landmark" on the premise of retaining the basic functions of the public library:Provincial Document Information Resource Guarantee Center,Provincial Ancient Book Protection Research and Development Center,Provincial Public Library Modern Technology Research and Application Center,Provincial Public Library Service Promotion Center,Provincial Public Cultural Think Tank Center,Provincial Public Library Cultural Industry Development Center,Provincial Public Library Exchange Guidance Center,Provincial Cultural Landmark.
