摘　　要：《关于加快构建现代公共文化服务体系的意见》的提出,为我国的公共文化服务建设指明了方向。县级图书馆是我国公共图书馆系统的重要组成部分,连接着城乡公共文化服务网络,具有承上启下的关键作用。文章对现代公共文化服务体系的特征进行了分析,探索了法治环境下的县级公共图书馆,对其信息服务的理论支撑进行了深入研究,最后从文化、实践、历史、社会四个维度定位了现代公共文化服务体系下我国县级公共图书馆的功能。The Views on Accelerating the Construction of Modern Public Cultural Service System has pointed out the direction of our country’s construction of public cultural services.County library is an important part of our country’s public library system,connecting the urban and rural public cultural service network with the key role.The article analyses the characteristics of modern public cultural service system,explores the county libraries in legal environment,researches in-deep study on the supporting theory of information service about county library.Finally the article researches the functional orientation of county public library in modern public cultural service system from the aspects of culture,practice,history and society.
