摘　　要：卒中后上肢功能障碍一直是神经康复领域的重点和难点。双侧上肢训练技术起源于20世纪90年代末,近年来不断被应用于临床康复实践中。双侧上肢训练技术应用模式主要为双侧对称/交替运动模式和双侧协调运动模式,包括双侧肢体运动训练、任务型双侧训练、节奏听觉提示型双侧训练、主被动双侧启动训练和主被动双侧运动训练、双侧训练结合虚拟现实技术等。双侧上肢训练技术简便易学、疗效可靠,且不受场地限制,并能将训练融入日常生活中,能充分激发患者的主动参与能力,有望在偏瘫上肢功能的临床康复工作中广泛应用。Upper limb dysfunction after stroke has always been the focus and difficulty in the field of neurological rehabilitation.Bilateral upper limb training technique originated from the late 1990s,and has been constantly used in clinical rehabilitation practice in recent years.The main modes of its application are bilateral symmetrical/alternating movement and bilateral coordinated movement,which includes bilateral movement training,task-oriented bilateral training,bilateral arm training with rhythmic auditory cueing,active-passive bilateral priming training,active-passive bimanual movement therapy,bilateral training combined with virtual reality technology,etc.The technique is simple and easy to learn,which has reliable curative effect,is not limited by the field,can integrate the training into daily life,and can fully stimulate the patients′active participation ability,therefore is expected to be widely applied in the clinical rehabilitation.
