前列疏通汤联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效及对前列腺特异性抗原的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列疏通汤联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效及对前列腺特异性抗原的影响。方法收集2018年2月至2019年2月在中国中医科学院广安门医院南区接受治疗的62例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。其中,对照组采用非那雄胺治疗,每次5 mg,每日1次;观察组在对照组的基础上服用前列疏通汤治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,使用国际前列腺症状评分表评价患者前列腺状况,记录两组患者的列腺体积、前列腺特异性抗原水平、残余尿量,使用生活质量指数评分表评定患者生活质量。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组[93.55%(29/31)比70.97%(22/31)](P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,两组患者的国际前列腺症状评分表得分均降低,且观察组低于对照组[(16±3)分比(19±3)分,(13±4)分比(17±3)分](P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者前列腺体积均减小(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后,两组患者的前列腺特异性抗原水平均呈下降趋势(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后,两组患者的残余尿量均呈下降趋势(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者的生活质量指数评分表得分均降低(P<0.05)。结论前列疏通汤和非那雄胺均能改善良性前列腺增生患者生活质量和临床症状,但前列疏通汤联合非那雄胺效果更显著,其改善异常前列腺特异性抗原作用较好。Objective To explore the effect of Qianlie Shutong decoction combined with finasteride on prostate specific antigen and the clinical efficacy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 62 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Guanganmen Hospital Southern District Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb.2018 to Feb.2019 were included in the study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,31 cases each.The control group was treated with finasteride,5 mg per time,1 time a day;the observation group was added with Qianlie Shutong decoction based on the control group′s regimen.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The international prostate symptom scale was used to evaluate the patient′s prostate status,and the patient′s glandular volume,prostate specific antigen level,and residual urine volume were recorded.The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by quality of life index scale.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[93.55%(29/31)vs 70.97%(22/31)](P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the international prostate symptom scale of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(16±3 vs 19±3,13±4 vs 17±3)(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the prostate volume of both groups decreased(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of prostate specific antigen in the two groups decreased(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the residual urine volume of both groups decreased(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the quality of life index scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Shutong decoction and finasteride can both improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,while Qianlie Shutong decoction combined with finasteride has a more significant effect,which has
