穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位埋线对单纯性肥胖症体质量、腰围、臀围、BMI指数以及血脂的影响。方法将60例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为穴位埋线组和针刺对照组,在主穴的基础上辨证增加辅穴,埋线组15d1个疗程,针刺对照组隔天进行一次针刺,3个月疗程后对2组治疗后体质量、腰围、臀围、BMI指数以及血脂的变化进行对比观察。结果埋线以及针刺治疗后体质量、体重指数以及腰臀围均比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。两组治疗后体重、体重指数以及腰臀围组间的比较无显著差异(P>0.05),针刺组、埋线组对高血脂患者治疗前后血脂调节差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线对肥胖症有减轻体质量,改善腰围、臀围的治疗效果,但在短期内未发现对血脂的代谢有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI index and blood lipid in simple obesity. Methods 60 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into acupoint catgut embedding group and acupuncture control group. On the basis of differentiation of main points, auxiliary points were added to the catgut embedding group for 15 days. Acupuncture was given to the acupuncture control group every other day. After three months of treatment, the changes of body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI index and blood lipid were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After catgut embedding and acupuncture treatment, body weight, body mass index and waist-hip circumference were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight, body mass index and waist-hip circumference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05), but there was no significant difference in blood lipid regulation between the acupuncture group and catgut embedding group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding can reduce body weight and improve waist circumference and hip circumference for obesity,but no significant effect on lipid metabolism has been found in a short time.
