摘 要:针对塔里木油田超深井超小井眼钻井机械钻速低、圧耗大、卡钻风险大以及钻具和井下仪器的局限性大等问题,根据YueM6C1井超小井眼钻井先导试验的工程技术和地质要求,重点对螺杆钻具、无磁钻铤和钻头的优选,以及钻具组合、水力参数和MWD的优化等关键技术进行了分析研究,形成了Φ104. 8 mm超深井超小井眼定向钻井技术。YueM6C1井一趟钻完成7 340. 00~7 409. 00 m超小井眼井段钻进,精准钻穿目的层至设计井深,平均机械钻速达到3. 5 m/h,是同规格常规钻具的2. 5倍,提速明显。该技术较好地解决了塔里木油田超小井眼钻井技术难题,可为同类井的钻井工艺改进提供技术参考。The ultra-deep and ultra slim-hole well drilling in the Tarim Oilfield is greatly challenged by low penetration rate,large drill pressure consumption,high sticking risk,drilling tool and downhole instrument capacities.According to the ultra slim-hole pilot test engineering technology and geological requirements of Well YueM6C1,the optimization of screw drilling tool,non-magnetic drill collar,drill bit,drilling combination,hydraulic parameter and MWD technologies were analyzed to develop a Φ104. 8 mm ultra-deep ultra slim-hole directional drilling technology. A section of 7 340. 00~7 409. 00 m was completed in one trip to precisely drill through the target layer and reach the designed well depth for the Well YueM6C1. The average penetration rate reaches 3. 5 m/h,which is 2. 5 times higher than that of conventional drilling tool. This technology greatly improves the technical problems of ultra slim-hole well drilling in Tarim Oilfield and could provide a technical reference for the drilling of similar wells.
