摘  要:针对水下航行器涡轮机叶轮尺寸较小、结构复杂、其模态难以试验测量的问题,本文综合分析了接触式加速度传感器、电阻应变片、PVDF压电薄膜和非接触式激光测振仪测量涡轮机叶轮模态的优势与缺陷,从测试结果和实际工程应用方面评价各种模态测量方法的适用范围,根据测试值相近原则从四种不同原理测振手段获取的结果中确定出叶轮的前五阶固有频率及清晰详细的振型,并总结归纳出一种工程实用的叶轮模态测试方法,有效解决了水下航行器涡轮机叶轮模态的测试难题,同时对试验模态的发展也有一定的作用。Underwater vehicle turbine impellers are small and complicated, and their modals are difficult to acquire by measurement method. The measurement results and engineering application of the four measurement methods were analyzed by comparing the impeller modal measurements with the use of contact acceleration sensors, strain gauge, PVDF piezoelectric film and non-contact laser vibrometer. According to the principle of similar measurement results, the first 5-order accurate frequencies and clear modes were confirmed from the impeller modal measurement with the four measurement methods. The practical engineering impeller modal measurement method was summarized from the experimental results to solve the underwater vehicle turbine impeller modal measurement problem and promote experimental modal development.
