摘　　要：目的研究精准实施防控措施对医护人员诊治COVID-19新型冠状病毒肺炎中医院内感染效果的影响。方法合理布局医院内分区,对医护人员采取规范的标准预防;制订相关的院感防控制度和流程管控;加强呼吸道传染病防控知识的教学培训;启用AI智能远程诊疗系统;加强医护人员的心理疏导及人文关怀以减少职业暴露的发生;持续改进院内感染防控存在的问题等精准防控措施。医学观察期内对每一名队员进行体格检查。结果上海市第三批援鄂医疗队148名队员体检COVID-19核酸检测结果均为阴性,抗COVID-19 IgM、IgG抗体检测均为阴性,胸部CT显示均正常。上海市第三批援鄂医疗队所有医务人员“零感染”。结论非传染病医院根据实际情况结合国内外防控指南,精准实施各项应对新冠肺炎院内感染的防控措施,可以预防医护人员医院内感染的发生,杜绝医患交叉感染的风险。为非传染病医院收治新冠肺炎的院内感染控制提供相关经验。Objective:To explore the effect of precise prevention and control on COVID-19 novel corona virus pneumonia.Methods:Based on standard prevention,precisely implemented various measures for COVID-19 new coronavirus pneumonia,attention was paid to the details of each measure of infection prevention and control.The teaching and training of infectious disease knowledge was strengthened.AI intelligent remote diagnosis and treatment system were initiated and psychological counseling and humane care for medical staff were strengthened to reduce occupational exposure and all the problems in prevention and control were continuously handled.During the medical observation period,each member of the team underwent a physical examination.Results:The 148 members of the third batch of medical aid teams were all negative for COVID-19 nucleic acid tests,negative for anti-COVID-19 IgM and IgG antibodies,and normal chest CT scans.There was"Zero Infection"for the medical staff.Conclusion:Non-communicable disease hospitals accurately implement various prevention and control measures to deal with nosocomial infection of new coronary pneumonia according to actual conditions and domestic and foreign prevention and control guidelines.These prevention and control measures can prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections among medical staff and reduce risk of cross-infection between medical staff and patient.This study will provide experience for non-Infectious disease hospitals on prevention and control of COVID-19 novel corona virus pneumonia.
