髓芯减压联合负压吸引术治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察髓芯减压联合负压吸引术的治疗效果,为临床早期股骨头坏死的治疗提供参考。方法对泰安市中心医院关节运动医学科2016年9月至2017年12月接收的早期股骨头坏死31例患髋,进行髓芯减压联合负压吸引术治疗。通过观察患者Harris评分、VAS评分,股骨头X线整体稳定率、股骨头塌陷程度、囊性变面积变化情况,评估髓芯减压联合负压吸引术治疗效果。结果患者治疗后Harris评分、VAS评分情况均优于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);股骨头X线整体稳定率良好,未见股骨头塌陷,囊性变面积与术前相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论髓芯减压联合负压吸引术对于治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床效果较为显著,是早期股骨头坏死的一种有效的治疗方法。Objective:To observe the effect of pith-core decompression combined with negative pressure aspiration for the treatment of early femoral head necrosis.Methods:Thirty-one patients with early femoral head necrosis admitted to our department from September 2016 to December 2017 were treated with core decompression combined with negative pressure aspiration.By observing the patients'Harris and VAS scores,the overall stability rate of femoral head X-ray,the degree of femoral head collapse and the changes of cystic degeneration area,the treatment effect of core decompression combined with negative pressure suction was evaluated.Results:Harris and VAS scores of the patients after treatment were better than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The overall stability rate of femoral head X-ray was good,no femoral head collapse was observed,and the cystic lesion area was statistically different from that before surgery(P<0.01).Conclusion:Pith-core decompression combined with negative pressure aspiration is effective for the treatment of early femoral head necrosis.
