东北地区胡桃楸种质资源收集及果实类型研究

摘　　要：通过对东北地区胡桃楸种质资源进行调查、收集,并对果实变异性状进行筛选的结果表明:在东北地区共收集胡桃楸种质资源13个,根据果核表型性状筛选出球形、一头尖球形、两头尖球形、一头尖卵形、两头尖卵形、梭形、锥形等果核类型,变异性状分析果核横、纵、侧三径呈相关关系。果实单粒重最大存在于长白山种源地,达17.13 g,单粒重最小值在辽宁草河口种源,为4.21 g。Based on the investigation and collection of Juglans mandshurica germplasm resources in northeast China,and the fruit variation characteristics and screening,the results showed that 13 provenances of Juglans mandshurica germplasm resources were collected in northeast China,and kernel types such as spherical,tip-spherical,tip-spherical,tip-ovoid,tip-ovoid,spindle-shaped and cone-shaped were screened out according to the phenotypic characteristics of kernel.The variation characteristics showed that the lateral,longitudinal and lateral diameters of kernel were correlated.The maximum single grain weight of fruit is 17.13 g in Changbai Mountain provenance,and the minimum single grain weight is 4.21 g in Caohekou provenance of Liaoning Province.The results provide a basis for the development and utilization of Juglans mandshurica germplasm resources and the breeding of improved varieties.
