摘　　要：多角度阐述目前国内建筑智能化建设的痛点,指出在大数据、物联网、5G、AI等技术逐步落地的当下,对现行建筑智能化建设理念、标准、规范进行升级的必要性和紧迫性。The current pain points in intelligent construction of domestic buildings are expounded from different views,and the necessity and urgency to upgrade the current intelligent building construction concepts,standards and specifications are pointed out against the backgrounds that the big data,Internet of Things,5G,AI and other technologies are gradually implemented.
