摘  要:"绿色照明"理念下,LED产业凭借其节能、高效等特点得到了快速发展。然而,日益频繁的专利诉讼、337调查严重阻碍了我国LED产业进一步发展。从产业技术链视角出发,运用专利分析工具全面描述我国LED产业发展现状,并深入分析各技术链环节企业竞争态势,剖析我国LED产业面临的问题和挑战。结果表明,我国LED产业上游技术链仍然被跨国企业所控制,中下游技术链专利申请数量占优但尚未形成明显的技术优势。因此,提出加强上游技术研发、深化高校企业合作、重视专利质量提升等建议,以期为促进我国LED产业全面发展提供借鉴。Under the "green lighting" concept, the LED industry has developed rapidly due to its energy saving and high efficiency. However, frequently increased patent lawsuits and 337 investigations have severely hindered the further development of China’s LED industry. From the perspective of the industrial technology chain, patent analysis tools were used to comprehensively describe the development of the LED industry and to analyze the competition between enterprises in various technology chain links, and to pinpoint the problems and challenges facing the LED industry in China. The results show that the upstream technology chain of China’s LED industry is still controlled by multinational enterprises, and the patent applications in the midstream and downstream technology chain gradually become dominant by China however with no obvious technological advantage yet. In the hope of providing references for promoting the comprehensive development of China’s LED industry, suggestions are proposed to strengthen upstream technology research and development, to deepen university-enterprise cooperation, and to emphasize the importance to improve patent quality.
