摘　　要：针对浸涂醇基涂料的树脂砂芯进行表面干燥的工艺特点,设计了一种安全型砂芯烘干设备,介绍了这种烘干设备的工作原理和系统结构,采用炉顶排气管路和炉底排气管路相结合的方式,有效排出醇基涂料蒸发出来的水分和乙醇蒸汽,既保证了砂芯的烘干质量,又消除了乙醇蒸汽造成的安全隐患,对砂芯烘干炉技术改造和节能环保有一定的推广价值。Aiming at the process characteristics of surface drying of resin sand cores dip-coated with alcohol-based coatings,a safe sand core drying equipment has been designed.The working principle and system structure of this drying equipment have been introduced.The combined method of the furnace top and bottom exhausting pipe effectively discharges the water and ethanol vapor evaporated from the alcohol-based coating,which not only guarantees the drying quality of the sand core,but also eliminates the safety hazard caused by the ethanol vapor.It has certain promotion value for sand core dry furnace technology transformation and energy conservation&environmental protection.
