摘　　要：在大断面球铁轴承座的工艺设计过程中,充分运用NX对铸件进行实体建模,并对其壁厚进行分析,通过对浇、冒系统计算,并采用NovaCast对其流场、温度场、缺陷进行预判以及工艺优化。经过实际生产验证,UT探伤及MT探伤均无问题,确保产品的质量。In the process design of large-section ductile iron bearing seat,NX has been fully applied to solid modeling of casting,and its wall thickness has been analyzed.Through calculation of casting and riser system,NovaCast has been used to predict and optimize its flow field,temperature field and defects.Through the actual production verification,UT and MT inspection are no problem which can ensure the quality of products.
