摘　　要：2019年12月以来,从武汉发端的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情迅速蔓延,防控形势异常严峻。目前研究已知2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)人群普遍易感,主要传播途径为呼吸道飞沫和接触传播。在抗击疫情过程中,有较多医护人员受到感染。尤其是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医护人员,在诊疗过程中不可避免地接触患者上呼吸道黏膜及分泌物,发生院内感染的危险程度并不低于隔离病房、感染科等。但全国包括武汉市的医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科在疫情早期对COVID-19的认识及重视程度都明显不够,以至于武汉某医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科出现多名医护人员感染,好在该科迅速采取有效防控措施,避免了更多人员感染。因此,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科应对COVID-19疫情导致的医院感染防控是重中之重。我们现将江苏地区耳鼻咽喉头颈外科在防控COVID-19疫情中的应对变化过程做一梳理,并提出思考和建议,希望引起各地同道们的重视,共同做好防控预案,保护医患安全。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak in Wuhan has spread rapidly since December 2019,and the situation of prevention and control of it is extremely severe.At present,it has been found that 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)are generally susceptible in all populations,and the main routes of transmission are respiratory droplets and contact transmission.In the process of fighting the epidemic,many medical staff were infected.In particular,the otolaryngology head and neck surgical staff inevitably contact the patients′upper respiratory mucosa and secretions in the diagnosis and treatment process,so the risk of nosocomial infection is not lower than that of the isolation ward or the infection department.However,COVID-19 was not sufficiently recognized and valued in early stage of the epidemic in hospitals in Wuhan.Many medical staff have been infected in the otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery in a hospital in Wuhan.Fortunately,the department took effective measures to avoid more infections.Thus the control management in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery is very important in the nasocomial infection control of the COVID-19.We now summarize the prevention and control management of COVID-19 in head and neck surgery in Jiangsu area,and put forward suggestions,hoping to arouse the attentions of all the colleagues around the country,for a better prevention and control plan to protect the safety of doctors and patients.
