基于新型冠状病毒肺炎期间耳鼻咽喉头颈外科急诊手术管理策略

摘　　要：自2019年底武汉暴发新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)以来,在短期内蔓延至全球多个地区,从而引起世界各国的关注。随着COVID-19疫情蔓延,感染患者数量逐渐增加。现已明确的传播途径有飞沫传播、接触传播,气溶胶和粪口传播仍有待考证。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科作为疫情期间的高风险暴露科室,同时又是急诊手术工作量大的科室,避免COVID-19患者急诊手术时的交叉感染是一项重要的工作。参考COVID-19防控诊治指南规范,本文提出了COVID-19患者耳鼻咽喉头颈急诊手术的管理策略,以供参考。Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Wuhan in late 2019,COVID-19 has spread to many regions in the short term,which has attracted worldwide attention.With the spread of COVID-19,the number of infected patients is increasing.At present,the definite ways of transmission are droplet transmission and contact transmission.Department of otorhinolaryngology head and neck is a high-risk department during the epidemic period,and is also a large department of emergency surgery.Avoiding cross infection in patients with COVID-19 during emergency operation is an important job.Referring to the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines,this paper proposes the management strategy for the COVID-19 patients in the otorhinolaryngology head and neck emergency surgery.
