气管切开术在抢救危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中的应用体会

摘　　要：部分危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者会在短时间内发展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)或长期气管插管而引起其他并发症的发生,不利于患者气道的管理,由无创的辅助呼吸过渡为有创的辅助呼吸成为可能,气管切开则成为治疗的唯一操作。由于COVID-19的传染性强,无特效药,给耳鼻喉科医务人员带来严峻挑战。目前关于为COVID-19患者行气管切开的报道有限,近日我院联合多科为1例危重型COVID-19患者行气管切开,总结抢救过程的心得体会。Some critically ill patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)will develop into acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in a short period of time,or due to the long-term tracheal intubation which may lead to other complications,all not conducive to the management of airway management.It can be converted from non-invasive auxiliary respiration to invasive assisted respiration,and tracheotomy is the only operation to treat the infectious disease.Because of its strong infectivity and no specific medicine,COVID-19 has become a severe challenge for medical staff of otolaryngology.At present,there are limited reports on tracheotomy for this infectious disease.Recently,our hospital,together with many departments,performed tracheotomy for a critically ill patient.This paper summarizes the experience of the rescue process.
