摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间,鼻内镜检查操作为医务人员和患者带来较高的暴露风险和交叉感染可能,检查各环节的严格防控是COVID-19疫情防控的重要组成部分。因疾病固有特点,鼻腔恶性肿瘤活检患者、部分急诊鼻出血患者对鼻内镜检查的依赖性较大。如何能在精确协助临床诊治的前提下,最大可能降低医务工作者和患者的感染暴露风险,平衡风险和获益,成为耳鼻咽喉头颈外科鼻内镜诊疗中的重难点之一。本文分析了我院2020年2月鼻内镜具体工作,随访期间行鼻内镜检查的患者和医务人员均未发现新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染的情况。根据我院的有效防护经验,兹提出鼻内镜检查具体流程和防护建议,以期结合临床实践和经验,在完成临床诊治任务的同时保障医务人员及人民群众的健康和安全。During the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the nasal endoscopic examination may bring high risk of exposure and cross infection to both clinicians and patients.Strict nosocomial infection control of endoscopy is important for the prevention of COVID-19.The diagnosis and treatment of patients with nasal malignancies who need biopsy urgently and those emerging epistaxis rely heavily on nasal endoscopic examination.How to balance the risk of infection exposure for medical staff,and the benefit of accurate assistance in clinical diagnosis has become a dilemma.This article analyzes cases underwent nasal endoscopy in February 2020 in our hospital.The follow-up results showed that both patients underwent nasal endoscopy and medical staff were safe from COVID-19.According to the effective protection experience in our hospital,this article puts forward the specific process and protection suggestions,in order to complete the clinical diagnosis and treatment task,as well as to ensure the health and safety of both the medical staff and the patients.
