摘　　要：Humor is the crystallization of human wisdom.Verbal humor,as the most important carrier of humor in daily life,has been given more and more attention by linguistics.And humorous conversations in sitcom is always regarded as a typical carrier of verbal humor,so it provides excellent materials for the study of verbal humor.This paper attempts to make an analysis of the humor in the sitcom Good Luck Charlie from Cooperation Principle,in order to have a better understanding of verbal humor from the perspective of pragmatics,and of the way verbal humor constructed.
