摘  要:针对国内手电筒产业链中人工装配生产成本高且效率低的现状,结合近年来我国工业生产自动化的重要趋势,通过对比、分析国内外各生产领域自动化设备的结构,设计了一种为后盖装配的拧紧做准备的手电筒本体自动化上料装置。通过实现自动化上料,改善了民用手电筒传统的生产线模式,有效解决了工人安全、产品质量、生产效率等由人工操作引起的系列问题,对机械自动化生产线的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problems of high production cost and low efficiency of manual assembly in the domestic flashlight industrial chain, the important trends of industrial production automation in China in recent years are analyzed, and the structural design of automation equipment in various production fields at home and abroad is compared and analyzed. A flashlight automatic feeding device designed for charging the body of the flashlight and preparing for the tightening of the back cover assembly is designed. Through the realization of automatic feeding, the traditional production line model of civilian flashlights has been improved, and a series of problems caused by manual operations such as worker safety, product quality, and production efficiency have been effectively solved.
