摘　　要：液压支架的小缸径油缸缸径有φ80 mm和φ63 mm两种,结构小,导向套的结构为螺纹连接,人工进行拆装存在着劳动强度大、修理效率低的问题。文中设计制作了一套小缸径拆装一体机。The small-bore oil cylinder of the hydraulic support has two kinds of bores: φ80 mm and φ63 mm. Its structure is small and the structure of the guide sleeve is a screw connection. Manual disassembly has the problems of high labor intensity and low repair efficiency. This paper designs and produces a small-bore disassembly and assembly machine.
