摘  要:针对SSD滑套密封模块易于失效的问题,对其材料和结构进行分析,并将V形密封圈更换为一种高强度耐热塑料,将金属隔环改为O形圈。通过开关振击实验、密封性能测试实验和常温及高温实验证明,结构优化后的滑套性能更稳定,开关力、密封性能都可满足要求,现场应用效果良好。Aiming at the problem that SSD sliding sleeve sealing module is prone to failure, this paper analyzes its material and structure, replaces the V-shaped seal ring with a high-strength heat-resistant plastic, and changes the metal spacer ring to O-ring. The switch vibration test, sealing performance test experiment and room temperature and high temperature experiments have proved that the structure of the sliding sleeve after the optimization of the performance is more stable, the switching force and sealing performance can meet the requirements, and the field application effect is good.
