摘  要:根据齿轮啮合原理,介绍了一对渐开线齿轮正确啮合的条件;通过转换齿轮参数,研究采用变模数、变压力角滚刀滚切齿轮的计算方法,并通过变模数、变压力角修缘滚刀的验算,应用于齿轮滚齿加工中。根据滚刀修缘切削刃与齿轮齿顶修缘尺寸间的关系,采用迭代运算的方法,求得所滚削齿轮渐开线齿廓上齿顶修缘起始点半径,并与CAD展成所得数值进行了验证。According to the principle of gear meshing, this paper introduces the conditions for correct meshing of a pair of involute gears. By changing the gear parameters, the calculation method of hobbing gears using variable cutting modulus and pressure angle hob is studied. The check calculation of the pressure angle trimming hob is used in gear hobbing. According to the relationship between the cutting edge of the hob trimming edge and the size of the gear tip repair edge, an iterative calculation method is used to obtain the radius of the starting point of the tooth tip repair edge on the involute tooth profile of the rolled gear. A comparison with the values obtained from the CAD development is performed.
