摘　　要：本实训针对机械制造技术方向专业学生,以注塑模具综合设计性实训为例,以CAD/CAM软件UG NX10.0建模模块和注塑模MOLDWIZARD模块为主要工具,结合模具设计、机械设计等专业知识,阐述了注塑模设计实训的内容、目标、条件以及实训完成步骤和工作原理。本实训有效的激发了学生对注塑模设计的兴趣,增强了学生运用多门课程知识解决实际问题的能力和独立思考的能力。为巩固专业知识,增强专业技能起到较好的锻炼和启迪作用。This training is aimed at students majoring in mechanical manufacturing technology,taking the comprehensive design training of injection mold as an example,taking the Ug NX10.0 module and the injection mold MOLDWIZARD module as the main tools,combining with the professional knowledge of mold design,mechanical design,etc.The content,target,condition,procedure and working principle of injection mold design training are described.This training effectively stimulates students'interest in injection mold design,and strengthens students'ability to solve practical problems and think independently with multi-course knowledge.In order to consolidate professional knowledge and enhance professional skills play a better role in training and enlightenment.
