摘　　要：慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)是多发于成年男性的复杂综合性疾病,一直是国内外学者关注的焦点。近年来致病原因的研究和临床报道很多,但仍无确切定论,中药多成分多靶点在其治疗上发挥了很重要的作用,对其研究十分必要。本文对慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的病因及中药治疗所取得的疗效进行综述,以期为慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的进一步研究和治疗提供合理依据。Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes( CP/CPPS) is a complex and comprehensive disease that occurs in adult males.It has been the focus of scholars at home and abroad.In recent years,there were many researches and clinical reports about the cause of the disease.However,there is still no conclusion.The multi-component and multi-target of traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in its treatment,and its research is very necessary.This article reviewed the etiology of CP/CPPS and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,which may provide a reasonable basis for further research and treatment of CP/CPPS.
