摘　　要：互联网医疗服务公众接纳程度既是学术界关注的重点,也是具有重要现实意义的问题。针对互联网医疗服务的特点,文章基于信任理论、用户整合技术接受模型、信息系统成功模型,采用结构方程模型构建了互联网医疗服务平台公众使用意愿影响因素模型,通过分析验证信任、感知互动对公众使用意愿具有直接正向显著影响,用户满意度在平台服务品质和使用意愿之间具有中介效果,服务品质、绩效期望、付出期望均对用户满意度具有显著影响。提出应通过加强互联网安全以及平台监管提升公众对互联网医疗服务的信任,并通过提高互联网医疗服务效率、开展线上健康教育以及增强平台与用户之间的互动等措施改进医疗平台服务质量进而提升公众使用意愿。The public acceptance of Internet medical services are not only the key issues concerned by academic community,but also of practical significance.According to the characteristics of Internet medical service,this study constructs a use factor model for medical service platform of public willingness by structural equation mode,which bases on the theory of trust,user integration of technology acceptance model,and information system success model.The empirical research method are used to verify the trust,perceived interactive value will have direct positive significant effect to the public.Users’satisfaction has an intermediary effect between service quality of the platform and the willingness to use.Service quality,performance expectation and effort expectation have significant impact on users’satisfaction.Finally,the study proposes proposes that promoting public trust of medical services on the internet through better regulation of internet security and and platform,improving the efficiency of internet medical services and the interactions with users,conducting online health education to improve the service quality of medical platform could enhance the public wiliness to use.
