简式睡眠信念与态度量表修订版在脑卒中病人中应用的信效度评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价简式睡眠信念与态度量表(DBAS-16)修订版的信效度。[方法]采用方便抽样选取济宁地区某三级甲等医院217例脑卒中病人,使用DBAS-16修订版进行施测。采用项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、校标关联效度及信度分析进行数据处理。[结果]探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,其公因子方差贡献率为71.695%;验证性因子分析结果显示,该量表结构模型拟合良好(χ^2=130.801,df=98,χ^2/df=1.335,CFI=0.984,GFI=0.933,AGFI=0.908,NFI=0.0.939,TLI=0.980,RMSEA=0.039);校标关联效度为-0.231(P<0.05),总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.912,重测信度为0.862(P<0.01)。[结论]简式睡眠信念与态度量表修订版可用于测评脑卒中病人不合理睡眠信念现状,具有较好的信效度。Objective:To evaluate validity and reliability of the revised brief version of Dysfunctional Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep(DBAS-16)questionnaire in patients with stroke.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to recruit 220 patients with stroke in a third-class A-level hospital in Jining.The revised version of DBSA-16 was used for testing.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,criterion-related validity and internal consistency analysis were used to evaluate the validity and reliability of DBSA-16.Results:The result of exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 components,and explained 71.695%of the total variances.The confirmatory factor analysis verified the 4-factor model(χ^2=130.801,df=98,χ^2/df=1.335,CFI=0.984,GFI=0.933,AGFI=0.908,NFI=0.0.939,TLI=0.980,RMSEA=0.039).The criterion-related validity was-0.231(P<0.05).The Cronbach′sαcoefficients were 0.912 for the total questionnaire.The test-retest reliabilities were 0.862.Conclusion:The the revised brief version of DBSA-16 questionnaire is proved to be a reliable and valid instrument,which can be used to measure the lever of dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes about sleep in patients with stroke.
