摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,农村青壮年劳动力的大量流动,农村老龄化却更加突出。未富先老的中国如何应对农村老龄化,不仅仅是策略性的问题,而且更重要的是战略性的问题。本文通过对近年来涉及农村老龄化问题文献资料进行研究,对学术界的成果进行初步的归纳和综述,并提出建议。At present,China is still a developing country,but it has entered the aging society ahead of time,and with the acceleration of urbanization and the massive flow of young and middle-aged labor force in rural areas,the aging in rural areas is more prominent.How to deal with the aging of rural areas in China before getting rich is not only a tactical issue,but also a more important strategic issue.Through the research on the literature related to rural aging in recent years,this paper makes a preliminary summary and summary of the academic achievements.
