摘　　要：本文介绍了福建省建筑能耗监测工作开展和福建省公共建筑节能监管平台建设情况,从能耗监测范围、数据上传要求、系统安装验收等三个方面,阐述了建筑能耗监测系统设计要点,最后说明了平台数据上传流程及建筑能耗监测的意义。通过以上内容的阐述,以期在今后的工程项目中,可以积极地促进能耗监测系统的设计、施工与运行更加规范化发展。This paper introduced the development of building energy consumption monitoring and the platform of the public building energy conservation monitoring in Fujian Province.Then it demonstrated the key points of the system design of the building energy consumption monitoring from three aspects,including the scope of energy consumption monitoring,the requirements of data uploading,and the system installation and acceptance.Finally,it explained the data uploading process of the platform and the significance of the building energy consumption monitoring.All above contents might be helpful to promote the design,construction and operation of energy consumption monitoring system in the future engineering projects,and make their development more standardized.
