社会工作视角下农村贫困老人的养老危机与对策研究--以辽宁省X村为例

摘　　要：人口老龄化加剧和城乡人口流动使农村贫困老人的养老问题日益突出。通过实地调查,文章从经济生活、权能意识、社会支持等方面分析了农村贫困老人面临的养老危机,基于社会工作“人在情境中”视角探讨导致农村贫困老人陷入养老危机的主要因素,并从观念引导、增强权能、修复社会支持系统、链接资源、政策制度倡导等方面提出帮助贫困老人缓解和解决养老危机的建议和对策。The aging of population and the rural-urban migration make the problem of endowment of rural elderly more and more serious.Through the field investigation,this paper analyses the endowment crisis of the rural poor oldman from the aspects of economic life,power consciousness and social support.Based on the perspective of“person-in-situation”of social work,it explores the main factors leading to the endowment crisis of the rural poor elderly,and advances some suggestions and countermeasures to help the poor oldman to alleviate and solve the endowment crisis,which from the aspects of the idea guidance,empowerment,the rehabilitation of social supporting system,linking resources,policy advocacy.
