摘  要:【目的】筛选出影响香港牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)重量性状的主要因素,建立壳形态性状对全重的最优线性回归方程,为香港牡蛎的选择育种提供参考依据。【方法】在不同规格(小规格1~15 g/只,中规格90~110 g/只,大规格165~270 g/只)香港牡蛎群体中随机取样,对其壳形态性状(壳长、壳高和壳宽)及重量性状(全重)进行测量,并采用变异系数、相关性分析、通径分析、决定系数和多元回归分析等方法分析壳形态性状对重量性状的影响。【结果】不同规格香港牡蛎的壳长、壳高和壳宽3个壳形态性状与全重均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),且均以壳高与全重的相关系数最大,分别是0.841、0.318和0.327。对香港牡蛎全重直接作用最大的壳形态性状是壳高,对应的直接通径系数分别为0.516、0.379和0.613;对全重决定系数最大的壳形态性状也是壳高,对应的决定系数分别为0.266、0.144和0.376。以壳长(x1)、壳高(x2)和壳宽(x3)为自变量,全重(y)为因变量,使用多元回归分析构建不同规格香港牡蛎的多元线性回归方程,分别为:y小规格=0.175x1+0.243x2+0.250x3‒10.259,R2=0.864;y中规格=0.252x1+0.219x2+0.244x3+56.667,R2=0.232;y大规格=1.262x1+1.129x2+1.807x3‒118.236,R2=0.383。【结论】选育高产香港牡蛎时应以壳高作为主要参考指标,小规格和大规格香港牡蛎宜加强壳长的协同选择,而中规格香港牡蛎需加强对壳宽的协同选择。【Objective】The main factors affecting the weight traits of Crassostrea hongkongensis were screened,and the optimal linear regression equation of shell morphology traits to total weight was established,which provided a reference for the selective breeding of C.hongkongensis.【Method】Shell morphological traits(shell length,shell height,and shell width)and weight traits(total weight)of C.hongkongensis with different sizes(small si-zes:1-15 g/C.hongkongensis;medium size:90-110 g/C.hongkongensis,large size:165-270 g/C.hongkongensis)were measured.The effects of morphological traits on weight traits were analyzed by coefficient of variation,correlation analysis,path analysis,determination coefficient analysis,and multiple regression analysis.【Result】Three morphological traits of shell length,shell height and shell width of C.hongkongensis with different sizes were extremely positively correlated with total weight(P<0.01).And the correlation coefficient between shell height and total weight was the highest,which were 0.841,0.318 and 0.327,respectively.Shell height had direct predominant effect on total weigh of C.hongkongensis,and the direct path coefficients were 0.516,0.379 and 0.613,respectively.The morphological trait with the highest determination coefficient was shell height,and the values were 0.266,0.144 and 0.376,respectively.According to multivariate regression analysis,multiple linearregression equations of C.hongkongensis with different sizes between independent variables of shell length(x1),shell height(x2),shell width(x3)and dependent variable of total weight(y)was established,and equations were as followed:ysmall size=0.175x1+0.243x2+0.250x3‒10.259,R2=0.864;ymedium size=0.252x1+0.219x2+0.244x3+56.667,R^2=0.232;ylarge size=1.262x1+1.129x2+1.807x3‒118.236,R2=0.383.【Conclusion】When selecting high-yield C.hongkongensis,the shell height should be used as the main reference indicator.The collaborative selection(co-selection)of shell lengthof small-size and large-size C.hongkongensisshould be e
