一种新型环保钻井液降滤失剂研制及特性评价

摘　　要：随着油气资源勘探开发的不断深入,环保问题日益突出。钻井液的环保性能直接关乎着油气钻采整体环节是否满足环保要求,并对钻采总的经济成本影响较大。针对目前钻井液体系处理剂环保性能不达标的问题,基于天然高分子材料优选,采用化学改性的方法,制备出了一种环保性能优良、降滤失效果较好的钻井液降滤失剂FLA-2。结果表明,新研制的FLA-2降滤失剂与钻井液的配伍性较好,在4%淡水膨润土基浆中加入1.0%的FLA-2,实验浆的API滤失量降低率达到73.44%,且可抗温130℃,性能优于目前常用的市售降滤失剂产品。同时,环保性能评价结果表明,FLA-2的ρ(BOD5)/ρ(CODCr)值达到20.68%,属于较易降解类型,溶液的生物毒性EC50值为4.2×10^4mg/L,远高于国家标准规定的2×10^4mg/L,满足环保需求。该新型降滤失剂FLA-2的综合性能优良,性价比高,具有良好的推广及应用价值。The problem of environmental protection during oil&gas development is becoming more and more prominent,which attracts people’s attention.The environmental protection performance of drilling fluid has a great impact on the total economic cost.Aiming at the problem that the environmental protection performance of drilling fluid is not up to the standard at present,based on the optimization of natural polymer materials and chemical modification method,a kind of drilling fluid filtrate reducer FLA-2 was prepared.The results show that the novel FLA-2 has good compatibility with drilling fluid.When 1.0 wt%FLA-2 is added into 4.0 wt%fresh water bentonite base slurry,the API fluid loss rate of the experimental slurry can be reduced to 72.45%,and the temperature resistance can be 130℃,the performance is better than that of the commonly used commercial fluid loss reducer products.Meanwhile,the BOD5/CODCr value of FLA-2 is 20.68%,which belongs to the relatively easy degradation type.The EC50 value of the solution is 4.2×10^4mg/L,which is far higher than the 2×10^4mg/L specified by the national standard,meeting the environmental protection requirements.The novel fluid loss reducer FLA-2 has good comprehensive performance,high cost performance and good promotion and application value.
