摘  要:以电解氯碱生产的烧碱、氯气、氢气,与氨、丙酮、丁酮等为原料,用酮连氮法生产水合肼。产生的氯化钠、丙酮、丁酮等可循环利用,既降低了氯碱、水合肼生产成本,又解决了废盐水排出带来的环境污染,实现清洁生产。Caustic soda,chlorine gas and hydrogen produced by electrolysis of chlor-alkali were combined with ammonia,acetone,butanone and other raw materials to produce hydrazine hydrate by ketone and nitrogen method.The recycling of sodium chloride,acetone and butanone produced by hydrazine hydrate production not only reduces the production cost of chlor-alkali and hydrazine hydrate,but also solves the environmental pollution caused by the waste salt water discharge and realizes clean production.
