摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定聚明胶肽注射液中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅元素含量的测定方法。样品经过微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法,He碰撞模式,射频功率为1550W,载气流速1.00L/min,采样深度8.0mm,蠕动泵转速0.2r/s.通过在线加入内标液锗、铟、铋元素来校正基体效应。得到各元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9995,表明线性关系均良好,进样精密度RSD在1.39%~2.42%,重复性RSD在1.27%~2.09%,平均加样回收率在91.19%~99.98%,样品在微波消解48h后,再次测定,各元素结果稳定。本方法可测定聚明胶肽注射液中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅元素的含量,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。Objective:To develop a method for the determination of residues of copper(Cu),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg)and lead(Pb)in Polygeline injection.Methods:Samples were digested by microwave and measured with ICP-MS.He collision mode,the RF power was 1550W,the flow rate of the carrier gas was 1.00L/min,the sampling depth was 8mm,peristaltic pump speed was 0.2r/s.The internal standard solution of Ge,In and Bi were used for matrix effect correction.Result:The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of each element were all greater than 0.9995,which showed that the linear relationship was good.The precision of injection RSD was 1.39%~2.42%,the repeatability RSD was 1.27%~2.09%,and the average recovery of sample addition was 91.19%~99.98%.After 48 hours of microwave digestion,the results of each element were stable.Conclusion:This method can be used to determine the contents of copper,arsenic,cadmium,mercury and lead in polygeline injection.The results are accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
