摘  要:锥面-锥面密封结构的特殊螺纹接头作为石油井管柱中常用的一种,在井下服役时,也会产生密封失效,为了保证特殊螺纹接头的安全使用,需研究特殊螺纹接头密封性能,并且能判断特殊螺纹接头密封性能的办法。依据理论研究为基础,通过有限元分析特殊螺纹接头密封性能,并通过密封接触能理论判断其密封性。结果表明:特殊螺纹接头主密封面上接触压力分布不均,拉力对密封性影响较小,内压在一定范围有助于密封,并提出当平均接触压力为拟密封压力的5.5倍时,特殊螺纹接头密封性能良好。Premium tubing connection with a tapered-tapered surface seal structure is commonly used in oil well.When it is in service down-hole,it will also cause seal failure.In order to ensure the safe use of special threaded joints,premium tubing connections need to be studied.And can judge the sealing performance of special threaded joints.Based on theoretical research,this paper analyzes the sealing performance of premium tubing connection through finite element analysis,and judges its tightness through the theory of sealing contact energy.The results show that the contact pressure on the main sealing surface of the premium tubing connection is unevenly distributed,and the tensile force has a small effect on the sealing performance.The internal pressure is helpful to the sealing in a certain range.It is proposed that when the average contact pressure is 5.5 times the intended sealing pressure,the premium tubing connection have good sealing performance.
