摘 要:主要从工艺原理、项目投资、装置能耗等方面介绍干法除尘技术、湿法除尘技术特点及工业应用情况。结果表明,湿法除尘技术应用业绩多,技术成熟可靠;而干法除尘技术,具有其占地小,投资省,无二次污染等特点,其中高温烟气过滤技术可有效解决余热锅炉积灰的问题,此技术作为未来DMTO装置烟气除尘技术发展的主要研究方向。This article mainly introduces the characteristics and industrial application of dry dust removal technology,wet dust removal technology from the aspects of process principle,project investment,energy consumption of the unit,etc.The results show that the wet dust removal technology has many application achievements,and the technology is mature and reliable,while the dry dust removal technology has the characteristics of small footprint,low investment,and no secondary pollution.Among them,the high temperature flue gas filtration technology can effectively solve the problem of ash deposit in the waste heat boiler,which is the main research direction of the future development of flue dust removal technology in DMTO unit.
