摘　　要：目的:探讨胸部CT平扫在诊断贫血中的价值。方法:现选取2017年6月-2018年6月入住我院的贫血患者360例为研究组,同期体检结果为健康的360例患者为对照组。比较两组CT值测量结果和室间隔高密度征和主动脉环征发生率。结果:研究组的主动脉腔、左心室腔的CT值低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的室间隔与左心室腔CT值差高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组室间隔高密度征和主动脉环征发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在探讨胸部CT平扫在诊断贫血中的价值的过程当中,运用胸部CT平扫对诊断贫血的准确性较高,值得在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。Objective:to explore the value of chest CT plain scan in the diagnosis of anemia.Methods:360 cases of anemia patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study group, and 360 cases of healthy patients were selected as the control group. CT measurements and the incidence of septal hyperdensity and aortic ring were compared between the two groups.Results:CT values of the aortic cavity and left ventricular cavity in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), the difference between the ventricular septum and left ventricular cavity in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of high ventricular septum density sign and aortic ring sign in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the process of discussing the value of chest CT plain scan in the diagnosis of anemia, the accuracy of chest CT plain scan in the diagnosis of anemia is higher, which is worthy of more extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
