摘　　要：智慧城市是一种创新,本质上是城市采纳信息技术,是新型城镇化的一个重要组成部分。智慧城市建设能够带动智慧产业发展、拉动内需、推动区域经济发展;有助于提升城市核心竞争力,帮助城市在激烈的区域竞争中获取竞争优势。建设智慧城市、发展区域经济,需要科学规划、合理布局,吸引创新型人才参与其中,大力发展科技,贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略。Smart city is not only a kind of innovation,an adoption of information technology of city in essence,but also an important part of the new urbanization.Smart city construction can promote the development of Intelligence industry,stimulating domestic demand,promote regional economic development;and it can also help the city to improve its core-competitiveness,to help the city to gain competitive edge in the fierce regional competition.In order to construct smart city and develop regional economy,we need a scientific planning and a reasonable distribution,attract innovative people to participate in it,support the development of science and technology strongly,implement the strategy of innovation driven development.
